Le Solliat

The village of Le Solliat is not a fraction of the Municipality of Le Chenit, but officially inaugurated its own flag in 1974.

The village of Le Solliat is especially known for its cheese factory, where typical cheeses of Vallée de Joux are produced, for example Gruyère and Vacherin Mont d’Or.

This small village is also a starting point for walks in the direction of the forest of Le Risoud, known for its diversity and reverberating wood.
