The Vallée de Joux welcomes the arrival village of the Tour de Romandie, an opportunity to witness the arrival of the cyclists in the center of the village of Le Sentier.
On Wednesday, April 26, 2023, the cyclists of the Tour de Romandie will have the Vallée de Joux, its lakes and its magnificent landscapes as their arrival stage. The arrival will be judged at Le Sentier near the Sports Center where the Tour village will be established.
The first major cycling tour of the year is once again stopping in the Vallée de Joux. During the last kilometers of the day's stage, the riders will ride around the Vallée de Joux. The riders arrive from Vallorbe via the Mont d'Orzeires pass for a first passage at the Pont around 4:30 pm. They then follow the right bank of the lake, from L'Abbaye to Le Brassus, and cross the finish line at Le Sentier. Finally, they make a complete tour of the valley in the direction of Le Lieu - Le Pont - Les Bioux - Le Brassus and finish their stage at Le Sentier at the Rue Georges-Henri Piguet near the hospital.

ATTENTION - TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS

- FROM 7AM TO 7PM: Rue Georges-Henri Piguet in Le Sentier closed to traffic.
Access to the hospital and schools guaranteed by the Rue de l'Hôpital
- FROM 4:05 PM TO 5:35 PM: Closure of the road Le Pont - Les Bioux - Le Brassus.
Gradual reopening after the passage of the runners.
Note that the runners pass twice by the right bank of the lake!
- FROM 4:25 PM TO 5:40 PM: Closure of the road Le Brassus - Le Sentier (finish).
- FROM 4:30 PM TO 5:20 PM: closure of the road Le Sentier - Le Lieu - Le Pont.
Gradual reopening after the passage of the runners.
The passage of the publicity caravan will take place on open roads 30 to 45 minutes before
the passage of the runners. The train runs normally between Lausanne and Le Brassus on this day.Links
