In partnership with the BDFIL festival
The ‘Comix Mécanix’ exhibition at the Espace Horloger is a tale of comics and watchmaking. In addition to the title's nod to the well-known world of Asterix, it brings together two key elements in a dialogue based on creativity and expertise: the art of comics and that of mechanical watchmaking.
The tour is immersive and fun, with something for everyone.
Designed by Angela Benza and Manon Roland, with scenography by Yves Morel, the exhibition explores the unexpected links between two worlds shaped by time, precision and creativity. Illustrated watches, drawn stories and original works of art tell the story of time in images.
In addition to the exhibition, the Espace Horloger will be hosting a wide range of activities for young and old throughout the summer, including a quiz, linocutting, tote bag creation and guided tours.
