A team-building activity designed specifically for businesses
With "Operation Mastermind", Klugle offers companies the perfect opportunity to build team spirit through a fun and challenging activity that brings together colleagues’ ideas and complementary ways of thinking.
Once the players have been welcomed, small teams of four to five people are formed. They are given the information and equipment they need to carry out the activity. They then have two hours to complete their task. A brief debriefing follows.
On request, Klugle can provide a comprehensive analysis of how your team operates, with a view to identifying areas for improvement that can be implemented to enhance team cohesion. This in-depth debriefing lasts at least two and a half hours.
