The Hôtel des Horlogers was designed by the architectural study Bjarke Ingles Group.
The 50 rooms and suites overlooking the Risoud forest meet the highest standards of eco-responsible tourism and have a welcoming and warm decor with raw materials from the region.
The catering signed by Chef Emmanuel Renaut - awarded 3 Michelin stars and named “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” - is an invitation to taste dishes made with seasonal products carefully selected from the best producers of the region.
Whether in the relaxed atmosphere of Le Gogant restaurant, in the private space of La Table des Horlogers or in the event rooms which offers breathtaking view of the valley and the Risoud forest or in Le Spa by Alpeor, everything is made to live an exclusive gastronomic moment.
