Direct sales and catering
The Amburnex chalet is situated in the heart of the valley of the same name, near the Col du Marchairuz. It has a shop where visitors can buy the chalet’s specialities, such as AOP Gruyère d’alpage, raclette and sérac, as well as products from other local artisans.
At weekends, you can enjoy traditional dishes (Amburnex fondue, chalet pasta, etc.) on the premises in a dining area that seats 20 to 30 people. Advance booking is essential.
Themed evenings are also held on various dates throughout the summer.
