Direct sales and tours of the mountain pasture
Accessible via the Marchairuz road from Le Brassus, then by following the signposts, the Chalet du Cerney produces and sells Gruyère d’alpage AOP, Miclette, sérac, butter, raclette (from July), double cream and a semi-hard cheese.
Small groups (2 to 6 people) can also arrange a tour of the mountain pasture on request to watch the cheese-making process.
